Dr. Tiffany Goldschmidt, Principal 

Dr. Tiffany Goldschmidt brings 23 years of experience in education to her role as principal of Summerdale School. Her career reflects a deep commitment to student achievement, instructional excellence, and building strong school communities.

Dr. Goldschmidt began her career as a middle school science teacher, a role she held for ten years. Her passion for supporting teachers and enhancing classroom instruction led her to serve as an instructional specialist and later as a district curriculum supervisor. During her time at the district level, she led Baldwin County's literacy initiative for middle and high schools, resulting in measurable success, including raising ACT English and Writing scores above the national average.

After years of supporting schools across the district, Dr. Goldschmidt felt called to return to the daily life of a school community, where she could make a direct and lasting impact on students, teachers, and families. She is proud to serve the Summerdale School community and is committed to maintaining its strong traditions while building new opportunities for student growth and success.

Dr. Goldschmidt believes that the foundation of a thriving school lies in partnerships between families, educators, and the community. She is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential.
